| California League members voted to study Juvenile Justice for two years at the LWV CA State Convention in 1995. This report is a result of the study and has been sent to 74 local Leagues in the State. They are reviewing this material and discussing it. Out of these discussions will come positions which will allow the League to take subsequent action. |
