Statewide Special Election, May 19, 2009
All voters registered by May 4 in California are invited to decide the outcome of six statewide propositions placed on the ballot by the California State Legislature. The League of Women Voters Education Fund provides nonpartisan "in depth" explanations of the measures on the ballot, including the provisions, fiscal effects, main arguments for and against, and the supporters and opponents.
